Tend Land, for Land Councils
What land do we hold, and what could we do with it?
Tend Land gives a Local Aboriginal Land Council one record of every block it holds: where it is, the papers that go with it, the dates that fall due, and one clear page for the board.

What land do we hold?
Tend Land puts every block you hold on one map.
Zoning, flood and bushfire come from NSW government records, and your team checks each one before it counts. Flood mapping doesn't cover every council area yet, so not every block will have it.

A block's card in Tend Land: South paddock, Gulgong, 40,448 square metres, registered, with a housing prospect of Good, and a link to open the parcel's record.

Where are the papers?
Title searches and plans stay with the block, not in a box. You upload the ones you hold, and Tend Land files each against its block.
- When people move on, the record stays. The papers and the history belong to the block, not to whoever filed them.
- Where something's missing, it says so. A block with no documents held shows it plainly.

What's coming up?
Insurance, rates and hazard reduction each have a due date. Tend shows what's overdue, and what's coming.
Tend's calendar for November 2026, with ACA inspections due on the 7th, 11th, 18th and 25th, circled in gold, alongside defect deadlines, insurance renewals, a land committee meeting and board papers.

What should we do with it?
Compare every block side by side. Keep it, protect it, or build on it, and take one clear page to the board. The decisions stay yours.
The Tend Land portfolio: 11 parcels, 8 of them registered, covering 67.4 hectares, with 1 compliance item overdue, circled in gold. A line shows parcels under management growing from 2008 to 2026, and a pipeline runs from offered to registered.

Who can see it?
Invite your team, and give your board its own read-only view.
- Private to your organisation. Your records aren't visible to any other organisation.
- Hosted in Australia. The records, papers and their backups are kept in Australian regions.
